Inferno Fitness is based in Hersham, just a 5 minute walk from the train station. Inferno Fitness is one of Surrey’s leading strength and conditioning facilities, with a huge selection of high spec equipment. We take pride in helping our members lay out their health and fitness goals and build towards achieving them. Whether that goal is a lifestyle change, health orientated, overall fitness, event training or targeted muscle building, our clients use the specialist guidance from our expert PT’s and coaches (with the helping hand of our equipment!) to excel and transform their lives. It’s not about the numbers, it’s about the people and their results.

Facilities

We have modern, clean and spacious changing rooms, complete with showers and lockers. Store your stuff in one of lockers while you workout, a grab a hot shower before you leave. We also have a yoga room and a fully stocked fridge - for your post-workout protein shake fix!

Strength & Conditioning

We offer a huge range of free weights, plate loaded equipment and high spec functional training kit, with the centre piece being a multi-station rig, which boasts 4 squat racks and high bars.

Cardio

As well as our strength training equipment, we hold a variety of cardio kit to help promote your aerobic health. From the assault bike to the curved treadmill, you can work up a sweat in no time!
