We take pride in helping our members lay out their health and fitness goals and build towards achieving them. We offer a huge range of free weights, plate loaded equipment and high spec functional training kit, with the centre piece being a multi-station rig, which boasts 4 squat racks and high bars.


As well as our strength training equipment, we hold a variety of cardio kit to help promote your aerobic health. From the assault bike to the curved treadmill, you can work up a sweat in no time!
